I w ould really appreciate somebody getting back to me as I have purchased a hand-held diamond microdermabrasion wand and it is not only faulty but is hugely dangerous there needs to be a recall or warning given to anyone who purchases this device as I was completely shocked and very annoyed at the level of Destruction this device it’s capable of causing. a simple error of putting in the batteries only being to the wrong way caused the device to overheat and has damaged my mobile phone which it was resting on while I cleanse my face in preparation after installing the batteries the batteries were that overheated that upon removing them I have burnt my finger but I’m more upset about my mobile phone which has been damaged and cannot be repaired I have already taken it in. The heat from this device destroyed my phone and warped the outer battery casing making it completely unusable. I have never known or seen and battery operated device respond this way. Usually incorrect battery placement results in device being non operational. This is a safety and danger warning. I would appreciate someone getting back to me as a matter of urgency before I contact consumer affairs and an ombudsman to investigate this matter more closely as it is more than just a malfunction but a serious safety issue. I tried calling the numbers on packaging and booklet to no avail
